Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric NC1S-2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyro-Mation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyro-Mation such as the 42311000004050427984231100000405042798 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00103606E93CE14314B531 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC600BF923K by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand E5CNRTU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as E5AXA equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KVB16XC made by Keyence as well as the popular NX9NX901 original spares produced by Han-Young

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S1MN by Pilz and E5AXA spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASJ200001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
